Damages Policy

Your Responsibility for Damages:
- When you rent our bed bug heat treatment equipment, you are responsible for taking good care of it.
- If the equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your possession, you are responsible for the repair or replacement costs.
Repair or Replacement Costs:
- Repairable Damage: If the equipment is damaged but can be repaired, you will be charged for the repair costs.
- Non-Repairable Damage or Loss: If the equipment is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen, you will be charged the full replacement cost.
Proper Use:
- Please use the equipment according to the instructions provided in our tutorial videos.
- Misuse or improper handling that leads to damage will be your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Your Reservation:
- More Than 24 Hours Before Rental Date:
  - You can cancel your reservation without any fees if you notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled rental date.
  - You will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental Date:
  - If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled rental date, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply.
  - This fee covers the costs associated with preparing your rental kit and potential lost rental opportunities.
How to Cancel:

- Provide your name, rental date, and any other relevant details.
No-Show Policy:
- If you do not pick up the equipment on your scheduled rental date and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full rental amount for one day.

Refunds

Processing Refunds:
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
